Faculty of Education
The ultimate goal of the faculty of education is to prepare and produce professional, and competent educators of character and Christian values who will respond to the need of labor market in education sector at all levels locally, regionally and beyond. The faculty of education has also the mandate of promoting the study and the practice of education through teaching, research and service in communities.
Diploma of Education Child Development
Objectives are as follows:
- To train students to be effective teachers in the area of Child Development and good practitioners in the field of Family Education,
- o contribute to the implementation of government in the domain of childhood development such as malnutrition, stunting and other challenges like drug abuses result resulting from a poor and inadequate child development.
- To provide professionals in early child education and child development up to 18 years age,
In achieving these key objectives, the faculty of education uses the following modes of delivery:
- Day program,
- Weekend Program
- Evening program
- Holiday program / School Based Program
The faculty staffs wish to welcome all Rwandese who want to be the leaders and managers for tomorrow in the fields of education and child development.
Entry Requirements:
- A level Certificate with two principal passes,
- Equivalence for those who did their A level in other countries
- ID Card/ Passport
- Two passport Photos
